Notice: Please be noted that our library will be closed temporarily from 17 March 1pm and reopen on 18 March.

In observance of Hari Raya Puasa, there will be no classes on Saturday, 21 March 2026.
The Library, Gallery, Admin office and Registration on-site desk will be closed.
The Theatre will be reserved from 12PM – 7PM for a private event, and the cultural workshop remains open.
Notice: Please be noted that road repair works along Newton Flyover (both directions) from 3 to 31 March 26, 9.30pm to 5.30pm daily, Mondays to Saturdays (expect Public Holidays), night works with partial lane closures with some noise and dust may affect your schedule.
