THEATRE

Le Théâtre is an excellent venue to rent for rehearsals, performances, lectures, conferences, films, plays, concerts, and musicals.

This 236-seats theatre is professionally equipped with a stage dimension of 14.25m x 4.60m (9.5m x 4.5m acting area).

Notes:

1. The charges of the venue include basic services such as air-conditioning, 2 dressing rooms, standard audio system with S$200 worth of microphones, and a standard lighting system.

2. Please note that all rates are subject to an annual membership fee of S$140 and prevailing taxes of 9% GST.

3. Venue hire package does not include any technical crew, operator, or ushers. Hirers must use Alliance Française de Singapour’s technical crew / ushers for set-up, performance, and dismantling of venue equipment.

4. For events that require additional cleaning, a cleaning surcharge will be applied.

5. Should any equipment or property on the premises be broken, damaged, or lost, or should the premises be damaged in any way, the Hirer shall pay for repairs to make good such damage(s) and/or for any loss arising therefrom.

6. Alliance Française de Singapour reserves the right to amend the above rental rates herein without prior notice.

    GALLERY

    La Galerie is highly accessible and ideal for hosting a variety of events, from exhibitions to conferences, as well as cocktail receptions.   
    It can be organised differently depending on the kind of event you are hosting. 

    Art exhibition rates:

    Non-for-profit organization/Artist S$500/day
    Corporate S$800/day
     For at least 2 days and on specific periods.
    1 day set up rate including AF technician: S$ 250
    Rates include professional lighting, hanging system for the artworks, 1 table and 1 chair.
    All our prices are subject to annual membership fee (S$140) and 9% GST.
    From 10am to 7:00pm from Monday to Sunday. Extra fees $500 will apply on Sunday.

    Other events' rates: 


    		Non-for-profit organisation / Artist Corporate
    Cocktail receptions S$600/4 hours S$1000/4 hours
    Workshops, Talks, and Conferences S$700/4 hours S$1000/4 hours
    Not less than 4 hours’ rental, between 10:00 am and 10:00pm from Monday to Saturday.
    Rates include use of tables and/or cocktail tables and up to 50 chairs.
    All our prices are subject to annual membership fee (S$140) and 9% GST.
    Capacity: 40 pax classroom/meeting room or 50 pax theatre setting.
    Special price for the rental of the gallery for a cocktail reception if it is combined with the rental of the theatre: S$ 300/4 hours.

    La Médiathèque is a very exclusive place to host one-of-a-kind events! Located on the 2d floor, the room is bright and spacious, and the surrounding of books makes it the perfect place for book clubs, readings and other workshops
