The annual Francophonie Festival is back from 19 March to 4 April !

Join us to celebrate French language and cultural diversity with an exciting lineup of events, including our Film Festival, an art exhibition in the gallery, live performances, children's activities in the library, and so much more!

Immerse yourself in the vibrant world of Francophone cinema

Alliance Française de Singapour is thrilled to present the 2025 Francophonie Film Festival, featuring a diverse lineup of films from France, Argentina, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, Romania, and Canada. From the poignant social drama Sailing Home to the award-winning animation Savages, each film provides a unique perspective on life. Be sure to also catch The Quiet Girl, Los Corroboradores, An Unforgettable Summer, and Ru... to immerse yourself in the vibrant world of Francophone cinema!

AMOURS by ANTOINETTE ROZAN 

Francophonie through visual arts 

Discover the third and final chapter of Antoinette Rozan's AMOURS exhibition. Titled "RE-Love-Union'', this powerful ode to coexistence celebrates the collective power of love for others, evoking the energy of community, unity, and togetherness, key principles of the Francophonie.

DIs-moi dix mots

Photo-Haïku Contest

Join our Photo-Haïku Contest and stand to win exciting prizes! This year, the Francophonie Festival is all about the planet. Your mission? Capture the essence of nature by illustrating 1 of the 10 words of the Francophonie 2025 with an original haïku, in French or in English, and a photo taken by you.

Competition open to all: children and adults, AF members and non-members

CHERCHE UN HOMME

A theatre performance in French!
Discover a comedic exploration of love, language, and desire, based on René de Obaldia's ''Fantasmes de Demoiselles''. This show follows a quirky group of women, each on a personal quest for the "perfect man." With clever wordplay, rhymes, plenty of humor, they dive into their wildest dreams, turning them into hilarious stories with a fun and playful use of language.

Our food-lover event

Join us at Alliance Française Food Market for a culinary journey featuring delicious treats from France, Mexico, Poland, Switzerland, Ukraine, and Vietnam. Enjoy a variety of flavors, from cheeses and wines to chocolates, coffee, and more. Savor these unique tastes and bring home a piece of each country!

TAN SRI DR RUNME SHAW CHALLENGE CUP

Prize-giving ceremony 

Celebrate the top French learners in Singapore at the Tan Sri Dr Runme Shaw Challenge Cup! A traditional rendez-vous at Alliance Française offering exciting prizes, such as a return trip to France. From the Jenny Sim Scholarship to the French Alumni Language Awards and Dis-moi dix mots competition, this evening promises to honor French language. Hosted by Maya Raisha with a musical performance by Sing’Theatre, it's a night of culture and celebration!

 A fundraising concert by Sing'Theatre featuring the best French hits of the 80s! 

Relive the magic of legendary bands like Téléphone, Indochine, and Les Rita Mitsouko, alongside iconic artists like Renaud, Bernard Lavilliers, and Mylène Farmer, with a live band and nearly 100 singers, including the International School of Singapore choir. All proceeds will go toward MusicFest@Singapore General Hospital (SGH). Mainly in French | For all ages
