With the kind participation by Catherine Baron, a genuine expert in the art of fine dining, this dinner is a unique opportunity for your child to learn the basics of elegant table manners, while enjoying a festive Christmas meal prepared by So France.

Our gallery will be specially decorated for the occasion to bring the warm and classy feel of a Parisian apartment in Wintertime. With child on their own or with their parents, this experience is carefully crafted to be children friendly. Quality family time, culinary excellence, and French savoir-vivre: this evening promises to be unforgettable!

About Catherine Baron

Catherine Soulas-Baron is the founder and CEO of the Academy of Etiquette and Modern Manners in Hong Kong. A certified Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant, she has over 25 years of experience as a legal corporate counsel for major international companies. Catherine studied at La Sorbonne and the University of Kent, and has expertise in business ethics and negotiations.

In March 2014, Catherine was awarded the Prize for Talented French Nationals Abroad in the Art of Living category, presented by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She is regularly featured on leading media programs and broadcasts.
