In the frame of our Open Day, come to La Galerie to take a guided tour of Around the World, the latest exhibition organised by Alliance Française de Singapour. Through different sections inspired by Jules Verne's universe, you will travel through the ages and will discover all the French innovations that have revolutionized the way we travel on land, by sea and in the air.

Some 150 years ago, Jules Verne wrote Around the World in Eighty Days, one of the most famous of his 62 novels and 18 short stories that would make up the Extraordinary Voyages collection. Today, his work remains astonishingly modern.

Thanks to the guided tour given by our team of mediators, you will be able to have a global vision of the French transportation epic. Take up Phileas Fogg’s challenge to travel around the world by TGV, in the A380 or on the SS France, before finally stepping into Thomas Pesquet’s shoes to go into space. While immersing yourself in a part of the French culture, you will also write the first pages of your extraordinary journey!
