Boasting over 12 years of experience in Modern European, French and Asian cuisine, Chef Khang reimagines classic seafood recipes at Poisson with his innovative culinary techniques that has been honed in the kitchens of JAAN, La Cuisson, Cornerstone and Flutes at the Fort. Chef Khang’s goal at Poisson is to take all his diners on a culinary voyage that showcases the flavour of seafood, elevated with a touch of contemporary finesse.
