About Boeuf 

Boeuf is a French-inspired beef specialty restaurant. Featuring exquisite grass-fed beef from Argentina, homegrown beef from Welsh farms, top quality USDA prime beef, and flavorful grain-fed Australian beef, among others. All meats are punctiliously selected for their marbling, tenderness, or flavor. The 2 dry-agers on Boeuf’s premises that mature cuts on site bear testament to our unequivocal commitment as your trusted purveyor of fine foods.

About Chef Aiden

Chef Aiden’s passion for cooking started at the tender age of 15 when he was cooking alongside his aunt, and he has never looked back since. The young and budding chef has trained in numerous kitchens of five-star hotels in Singapore, before his stint at three Michelin-starred Les Amis. The experiences and rigors of working in such institutions has honed his skills not only as a chef but also as a leader. Chef Aiden is currently leading a team of young chefs and helming the kitchen of Noir, where he interprets modern small plates for the discerning palate.
