The textural difference makes macaron so unique and so satisfying to eat. They come in an infinite combination of flavours and fillings - a versatile little pastry!
In this masterclass, Chef Christophe Blanc will share his recipe for the perfect macaron with a raspberry ganache filling, with a crunchy surprise.
