About the workshop
Macarons are a delicate traditional French pastry made of meringue, almond powder, and sugar. The crisp and delicate outer shell gives way to a beautiful soft interior when bitten into. The textural difference makes macaron so unique and so satisfying to eat. They come in an infinite combination of flavours and fillings - a versatile little pastry!
In this masterclass, Christophe Blanc will share his recipe for the perfect macaron with a raspberry ganache filling, with a crunchy surprise.
