About the workshop

Among different French sparkling wines, can you spot the champagne?

Experience a blind tasting exploring the many sparkling styles of France: Champagne, Crémant, Limoux and beyond. Taste blind, compare styles, and discover how terroir and method shape the bubbles in your glass.

90 minutes - 4 glasses of sparkling wines per guest

Your host - Lucy Edwards

Having worked in the industry since 2009, Lucy is a self-confessed champagne nerd.

When she joined the French Chamber of Commerce to help grower producers looking to import to Australia, she fell in love with champagne, not because of the glitz & glamour but because of the undeniable mix of art & science required to create the world's most prestigious wines. Over the past 16 years, Lucy has consulted to houses such as Jacquart, Pertois-Lebrun & Charpentier, and was pivotal in developing the Vranken-Pommery Monopole brands in Australia and Southeast Asia for over 5 years. She now runs a Champagne Club bringing rare and interesting cuvees to wine lovers and collectors here in Singapore.
