About the workshop

A focus on family-owned Grands Crus Classes

Despite its global recognition, Saint-Émilion wines remain the work of love of numerous local families who have lived in the village and breathed its terroirs for generations. This workshop will showcase four Grand Crus Classés of Saint-Émilion stewarded by the latest generation. Come, appreciate and taste how Saint-Émilion wines have evolved over the past decades and how these Chateaux look to the future while maintaining deep roots to their terroirs.

Taste the Heart of Saint‑Émilion

Guided by Xavier Jean, owner of the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Le Couvent des Jacobins, this tasting workshop invites participants to discover the world of Saint-Émilion through its wines.

Through a carefully curated selection, participants embark on an authentic journey into terroir and heritage, where history, family savoir-faire, and craftsmanship are revealed glass by glass. The tasting is designed to be both educational and accessible, encouraging discussion and sensory exploration.

Tasting details: 4 glasses of Saint-Émilion wines (red wines)
