About the workshop

Indulge in ultimate luxury with Petrossian's Caviar tasting. In this workshop, you will have the rare opportunity to be guided through a seated pairing of several of the finest Petrossian caviar selections, paired with Champagne.

The tasting will be conducted by Petrossian Regional Manager who will explain to you the different types of caviar and how to enjoy them the best possible way. Join us for an unforgettable and unparalleled educational experience from the 102-year-old caviar brand Petrossian.

About the caviars tasted

1. Caviar Daurenki Tsar Imperial (250g for 20 pax)

A beautiful caviar with large, luminous eggs that range from bronze to golden in color.


2. Caviar Ossetra Royal (250g for 20 pax)

A great, classic caviar, with elegant, golden highlights, a perfectly balanced bouquet of flavours reminiscent of the sea and fresh walnuts. 


3. Caviar Sevruga Tsar Imperial (250g for 20 pax)

Known for its finesse and very briny flavor, it is so delicate that it should be tasted on its own, simply with a spoon. 



       


About Petrossian

In 1920, brothers Melkoum and Mouchegh Petrossian came to Paris and began a legendary love affair between caviar and the City of Light. One hundred years later, their first boutique still thrives on Boulevard de la Tour-Maubourg. Petrossian caviar is now enjoyed across the globe and is widely recognized as the world’s finest expression of this enigmatic egg.

Originally from Armenia, the Petrossian Brothers brought their ancestral knowledge and a commitment to craftsmanship. In Paris, they found a rich appetite for luxury, elegance, and taste.

From that single boutique, Petrossian caviar grew into a global sensation. Today, the family owns and operates restaurants and boutiques in Paris, USA, London, Bangkok with the same care and bespoke service as they offered in 1920.
