    Cooking demo
    Saturday 16 November - 12pm & 4pm

Chef Stéphane Frelon from Cordon Bleu will take over the dining room of our gallery during the terroir week and organize two cooking demos to turn the market into a true French culinary experience, where visitors will be able to smell the appealing fragrances of his recipes, learn his cooking secrets by watching him up close, and indulge in the authentic flavors of his carefully baked delicacies.

Originally from Tours, France, Stéphane Frelon joined Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa, Canada, in 2016 and later became Executive Chef and Cuisine Chef instructor at Sunway Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia. Chef Stéphane believes that in every country, people meet at the table, with food and that is the uniting factor which is representative of the country and region, and that food brings people and cultures together.

    Cheese Club Singapore

Since its successful launch in Hong Kong in 2019, Cheese Club has expanded to Singapore in 2021, delighting food enthusiasts with exceptional artisan cheese and gourmet European foods.

Initially focused on cheese, Cheese Club has evolved into a fully-fledged online gourmet grocery store, offering a wide selection of products including cold cuts, organic fruits and vegetables, fresh meat and seafood, baked goods, sweets, and fine wines.

All products are sourced directly from local European artisans and farmers, ensuring top quality. Their signature Monthly Offer features pre-orders available for 10 days each month, with prices 30-50% lower than typical market rates while maintaining optimal freshness. This model minimizes food waste by only bringing in what is ordered.

For last-minute gatherings, the Permanent Online Offer provides a variety of gourmet food options with next-day delivery.

    Tarte by Cheryl Koh

Tarte, is led by award-winning pastry chef, Cheryl Koh.
Our artisanal tarts and pastries are baked from scratch every morning with only the best available ingredients, sourced from around the world. Many of these ingredients are highly sought-after and rarely used in Singapore.
At Tarte, a lot of time and effort is spent perfecting a seemingly simple tart, and all of them are made with a high level of technicality and finesse.
