Some 150 years ago, Jules Verne wrote Around the World in Eighty Days, one of the most famous of his 62 novels and 18 short stories that would make up the Extraordinary Voyages collection. Today, Jules Verne’s work remains astonishingly modern.

With Around the World, Alliance Française de Singapour invites you to discover all the French innovations that have revolutionized the way we travel on land, by sea and in the air.

Take up Phileas Fogg’s challenge to travel around the world by TGV, in the A380 or on the France, before finally stepping into Thomas Pesquet’s shoes to go into space. You will hence write the first pages of your extraordinary journey!

We invite you to secure a slot on Saturday to explore the VR experience: LINK.

From Tuesday to Friday, at 6.15 pm and 6.45 pm, enjoy a thirty minutes guided tour of our ''Around The World'' exhibition. Book your slot here.

On Wednesdays and Fridays, at 4.30 pm, bring your family to the gallery to enjoy family guided tours. Book your slot here.

Founded in 2019, Cuturi Gallery is a contemporary art gallery based in Singapore with a strong focus on emerging Singaporean talents, many of whom form the core of the gallery ’s roster. While rooted in its local context, Cuturi Gallery also actively collaborates with emerging and established artists across borders, extending its vision beyond Southeast Asia and Asia-Pacific, fostering meaningful exchanges that bridge cultural perspectives between the East and the West. This ongoing dialogue is central to the gallery ’s mission.
In 2020, the gallery launched an in-house residency programme, offering both local and international artists the opportunity to develop new work in Singapore, culminating in a solo presentation. In 2022, Cuturi Gallery began a programme of satellite exhibitions in London, with plans to establish a permanent international outpost by the end of 2026.
In March of 2026, the gallery opened a Parisian space in the heart of the PalaisRoyal, strenghtening its international position and its ambition to foster dialogue between the Asian and European artists it represents, as well as curators and transnational audiences
