Step into the wild one last time for the closing night of A Tale of Wondering Wilds. Celebrate the exhibition’s final evening with a captivating DJ set by Nydia, accompanied by wine, in the heart of the gallery.

Inspired by the exhibition’s three chapters—Innocence, Subjugation and Rebirth—the set will take audiences on a musical journey through humanity’s evolving relationship with nature.

Nydthakid 

Nydthakid (she/they) is a visual artist by day and DJ by night. They are propelled by their passion to transform spaces into entities of energy, igniting dancefloors with sounds that are as fluid, bold, and unapologetic as the communities they serve. 

As a core member of Bussy Temple (SG), their sets are deeply rooted in their desire for queer joy, sensuality, and liberation on sweaty dance floors. Their sonic world blends a range of genres, decades, and dimensions, moving from the pulses of techno, the fractures of deconstructed club, blended with unexpected textures. 

They have brought their sound to feed the belly of Singapore's underground scene, playing at venues likes Headquarters, MDLR, RASA, and Battlebox. Their sets have moved dancefloors for queer collectives including MISMATCH, MISSHOMO, YUMYUMDISCODONG, HOUSE UR HEAR, :Dismal, Orbit, and Scissor Sisters.
