About the workshop

Tiny dots, bright colours and moving puppets… children will explore French Pointillist art in a fun and creative workshop!

During this creative workshop, they will paint the background of their canvas using a French art inspired Pointillist technique, discovering how tiny dots of colour can come together to create vibrant and lively scenes. Then, they will craft a playful cardboard puppet character and attach it to their painting, transforming their artwork into an original 3D creation.

Colours, textures and movement will come together in this joyful hands-on artistic experience!

All the materials will be provided during the workshop, and your child will be able to express their creativity during a 2-hour session in English and French.

About D'Gers

D’Gers, born in 1978, is an artist from the Franche-Comté region with a

unique artistic concept, D’Gers Mix Media.

Her sustainable artwork is crafted from recycled ECO materials, resulting in one of-a-kind creations.

With a background in "Beaux Arts" and international experience as a marketing manager and events director, she integrates art with environmental consciousness.

Her workshops are tailored for various settings, which aims to enrich mental health through self-expression and stress coping mechanisms.

Beyond art, she is an active member of the Women Artists Association in Singapore, participating in renowned exhibitions.

She is also involved in community projects, including commissioned Art mural projects for the government and the development of the first community garden in AMK, or for Singapore River, showcasing her dedication to building a vibrant artistic community in Singapore
