A Feast for the Senses
As the curtains close on our latest French Excellence Programme, À Table ! #3, homage to the French tradition of covered markets, we find ourselves reminiscing about five weekends filled with delectable delights and a celebration of French culinary heritage. From pastries that melted in the mouth to the finest wines that danced on the palate, each weekend was a journey through the heart of French gastronomy.
We would like to thank the 3,500+ visitors that came to our events during this extraordinary journey. Each left with a smile on their face and a taste of French excellence on their lips!
Weekend One: Pastries and Bakery Bliss
Kicking off the festivities, our partners Henri, Patisserie Clé, Elle & Vire, Enjoué, Tarte by Cheryl Koh, and Frontyard Café transformed our gallery into a haven of buttery, flaky pastries and heavenly confections. Visitors indulged in a symphony of flavors, immersing themselves in the art of French baking.
Weekend Two: Southwest Secrets
The following weekend was a tribute to the treasures of the Southwest. SO France dazzled us with a spread that included foie gras, cold cuts, cheeses, jams, biscuits and many more delights
Weekend Three: The Cheese Extravaganza
Cheese enthusiasts rejoiced as we delved into a world of fromage excellence. Our partner Cheese Club curated an assortment of cheeses, showcasing spotlighting the culinary treasures of five iconic French regions: Alps, Aquitaine, Auvergne, Bourgogne, and Jura.
Weekend Four: Vintage Wine Reverie
Vintage hosted a weekend of refinement and sophistication. Visitors were treated to a carefully curated selection of champagnes, reds, whites, and rosés. The gallery was transformed into a haven for wine enthusiasts, where glasses clinked, and palates danced in appreciation of the vineyard's finest.
Weekend Five: Fresh Produce Fiesta
The grand finale was a celebration of freshness and abundance. Classic Fine Foods and Ask A French Flowers graced us with a large array of fruits, vegetables, flowers, cheeses, oysters, and dairies. It was a sensory explosion, a testament to the vibrant bounty that France has to offer.
On Sunday, The Stage Collab joined us, for a nice musical atmosphere and artistic contributions that elevated the atmosphere.
Workshops and Masterclasses: Where Learning Meets Pleasure
In between the weekends, our seating island became a classroom of gastronomic wisdom. Participants immersed themselves in workshops and masterclasses, delving deeper into the world of wines, oysters, cheeses, pastries… Learning was never this delightful, as laughter filled the air in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere.
Looking Ahead: VAL - A Legacy
As we bid adieu to this unforgettable edition, we eagerly anticipate our next venture, VAL, A Legacy, that started in our gallery on 12 October.
