Roopam BHALLA
Holding a master's degree in Art and a master's in Teaching French as a Foreign Language from Sorbonne University 3, Roopam worked as a teacher of French as a foreign language at Alliance Française in India for 10 years.She is also an expert in preparing for DELF-DALF exams, being an accredited teacher.
Mathilde BURETTTE
Mathilde Burette is originally from La Réunion and obtained her master's degree in international and European law in France in 2022. She also completed the CAVILAM certification with the Alliance Française. Since 2018, she has been teaching French to foreigners, within various French organisations, such as RETSER and RESF, but also in private lessons, to both children and adults. She has also given tutoring classes (from primary school to highschool) with ‘Kinougarde’ and privately. During her masters years, she was a tutor at the law university. At Alliance française, she will be teaching to adults and children, in group and private lessons.
Emmanuel CHARON
Holding a Master’s Degree in French as a Foreign Language, Emmanuel worked for 18 years in the French Cultural Center in Hanoi. He also worked in Vietnamese universities. Emmanuel teaches teens and adults at all levels in group or private classes, and also preparation courses for DELF/DALF exams.Julien DARDENNE
Holding a master's degree in philosophy obtained at UCLouvain in Belgium, Julien worked as an assistant professor of French as a foreign language in Innsbruck, Austria. He leverages his teaching experience in French as well as his pedagogical skills in service of an enriching and ambitious educational project.He is capable of teaching French in all its facets: oral expression and pronunciation, listening and reading comprehension, written expression, vocabulary, grammar, and conjugation.
Benoit DI MENZA
French-born Benoît has been working for Alliance Française de Singapour for more than ten years. Graduated in French as a Foreign Language, he teaches classes from Beginner to Advanced students, either adults or children. He has taught in MOELC for a few years as well as in an international school. He is also teaching now at Ngee Ann Polytechnic and NTU.Pierre DUFFIE
Graduated from Essec Business School in 1992, Pierre holds a Masters 2 degree from Grenoble 3 Stendhal University (2015). He has been teaching French for more than ten years including eight at Alliance Française de Singapour. He teaches adults and children in group or private classes. He regularly teaches gastronomy classes sharing his love for good French food and wines.Joëlle FIRSTBROOK
Joëlle holds a Bachelor in English and a Master 1 Degree in English Literature from Paris VII University. She acquired an extensive experience in tutoring children and teenagers in both French and English at the French Lycee of South Korea. She also collaborated with international schools to develop engaging reading activities for children.Certified in Life Coaching by Verve Education in Perth, Australia (2021), Joëlle also holds a certificate in teaching French as a Foreign Language from CAVILAM-Alliance Française (2024), enabling her to effectively support students in their language journey.
Emmanuel GOURAUD
Holding Master 1 Degree in French as a Foreign Language, Emmanuel has been teaching in Singapore for the past eighteen years. He teaches adults and children, general French classes as well as conversation and grammar classes.Guillaume HAMELIN
Originally from Nantes, Guillaume has been working at Alliance Française de Singapour since 2009. He previously taught in China (Shenzhen, Wuhan) and in Slovakia. He holds a Master 2 Degree in French as a Foreign Language and teaches children, adults, in group classes.Martine MARIE
Holder of a First Class Honours Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management from Northumbria University, Newcastle and Graduated as a French Foreign Language Teacher from Alliance Française de Paris, Martine has been teaching at Alliance Française de Singapour since January 2012, to adults and children. She lived across different continents in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia and developed great cross-cultural capacities.Janet MARTIN-LAU
Janet has been teaching at Alliance Française de Singapour for the past twenty years and graduated in teaching French as a Foreign Language in France. She also works in Singaporean universities. At Alliance Francaise de Singapour, she teaches adult students, in group and private classes.
Alexia MELLIN
Hailing from the Normandy Coast of France, Alexia had devoted her studies to International Literature & French as a foreign language. Her Master's degree enabled her to teach French to a diverse group of learners across different continents, from Cambodia to Guatemala, before returning to Paris. Drawing from this extensive experience, Alexia delights in teaching French to learners of all ages. She is also an accredited teacher in preparing for the DELF exam.
Priscille PERONNEAUD
Originally from Provence, Priscille graduated with a Law degree before deciding to travel to Asia. She moved to Singapore 5 years ago and calls this Little Red Dot home.
Additionally, she graduated from Alliance Francaise de Paris and is currently finishing her Master's programme in French as a Foreign Language from Université d'Angers.
