As a health and safety inspector, Hector is naturally cautious and rather officious, so when Lucie, his 8-year-old daughter, won’t stop going on about how much she wants to visit the theme park Zombillenium, Hector’s suspicions are piqued and he investigates a spontaneous inspection. Unfortunately, the amusement park is run by real creatures of the night, all pretending to be fake monsters. When Hector threatens to disclose the true identity of his employees, the Vampire Park Manager decides to hire him.
