LA PÂTISSERIE FRANÇAISE – FRENCH PASTRY

Have you ever wanted to be a true “chef” in your own home? 

Explore La pâtisserie française through a workshop led by Nicolas Grüner, a student specialized in gastronomy at Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon. With him, you will enjoy a pastry demonstration and realize that everyone can cook. The chosen recipes are easy to cook at home and can be adapted to every need or local particularities.

During the workshop, you will explore the following recipes:
–  A pannacotta
–  A fruit coulis
–  A local garniture
–  A caramel decor

Nicolas will give you some unique advice to enhance your way of cooking desserts!
The workshop will end with the tasting of the pastries.

Saturday, 23 November 2019 – From 11.30am to 12.30pm
The workshop will be conducted in English with a little French touch. All levels welcome.
Each workshop is limited to 15 people.
