This « go-to-first-fitting » workshop aims to assemble a jacket by handsewn points. It consists of tacking the fronts with the back, shoulders together, assemble collar, turn down the lapels.
Respect of the general equilibrium of the jacket’ s architecture by using regular and aesthetically fine French seams techniques, among many others, are goals of this workshop. It shows the rigour needed and the « simple complexity » of the jacket’s architecture, where numerous steps need precise attention.
