As sport is framed by specific rules and customs inside a country’s culture or a community, he also plays a strong social role within the current and traditional societies.

Participants from the entire world shot moments that, according to them, best represents sports activities in their country (all sports will be represented and also trainings’ particularity).
In this way, through the prism of photography, participants show those activities’ essential values: tolerance, opening, social inclusion and team’s cohesion.

This photographic “report” is an opportunity to discover singular practices connected to traditions.

” With great surprise, we were faced with unexpected themes, with propositions which knew how to get around classic trap like beautiful soccer’s pictures: bag race in Bangladesh, bull race in India, feminine wrestling in Nepal, so many traditional sports observed with off the wall looks ” Françoise Huguier, Parisian’s board’s president.
