Meet the band
Christy Smith is a graduate of California State Fullerton in music performance. He has had several years of orchestral and big band experience and has also worked and performed with artists such as Stevie Wonder, Sarah Vaughn, Fela Kuti, Billy Higgins, Ernie Watts, Don Cherry, Ed Blackwell, Harold Land and many others.
Guitarist Andrew Lim has been an integral part of the jazz scene in Singapore and abroad since 2001. During that time he has participated in recordings and numerous concert and club performances with musicians from all generations. His reverence to melodies and soulful style have endeared him to audiences throughout the world as well as the musicians he’s worked with.
Chok has established himself as one of Singapore’s most versatile talents. Committed to jazz, the pianist and organist has performed with artists such as Steve Wilson, John Riley, Yotam Silberstein and Alex Sipiagin, and his organ trio was the first Singaporean act to perform at the renowned Tokyo Jazz Festival in 2016.
Soh Wen Ming
Soh Wen Ming is a drummer and a graduate of the Berklee College of Music and is a recipient of both the Singapore National Arts Council Overseas Bursary and the Berklee World Scholarship Tour Scholarship.
Wen Ming is in demand both as a jazz and pop/rock session drummer.
